Shipment of any Product or Delivery to Home is available from Avreus Aquatics or Third Party Services.

Bangalore City , Karnataka Delivery Options?

We provide Home Delivery to all location coming under Bangalore Location. There is a Specific delivery charge according to the location on the basis order Value. if you have exceeded the cap for Order value we could provide you free home delivery to your location. The Delivery charges are Imposed to encourage our delivery agent to delivery on time and give the best service to our customer.

How Fast Do I Get My Order Delivered To My Location?

If the Order is Placed, we will process in order to your location on the next working day.  

When Will i Get My Pre Order?
  • If you have Placed a pre-Order, We cannot guarantee the Date of Shipment, as the Product Like Filter, stone etc Might be able to be shipped on the next Container arrival to our warehouse.
  • All Livestock we cannot Guarantee, as many factors involved, Like Breeding season, Stock Death after arriving at our warehouse, Farms not having the stocks available at the current situation. 
  • We will update you immediately the time the order is ready to be dispatched. so that you are assured about the time it arrives at your place.

 

What if the Fish Dies at My Location?
  • If the Fish Dies in Transit That is Death on Arrival, We will take the Complete Responsibility of replacing the Fish on your Next order. 
  • if the Fish Dies in your tank after adding it to your tank, We will not be able to do anything, as we are not aware of your water parameter.
  • If the Fish dies in the Bag, Immediately take a Picture and share it to our Whatsapp Number (9632928696) which will let us know the immediate steps to be taken to improve the quality of transit. 
  • If the fish is kept in a bag for a Longer period of time (For example more then 3 Hours)  and Dies due to ammonia spike, we will not take the responsibility of the replacement or refund.

It is Our Responsibility to bring the Livestock to your place Safely.

What if the fish i Bought had infection and Killed my Other Fishes?
  • We always get the fish from top reputed sources, When we get the fish, we keep the fish for 7 Days in quarantine for them to Adjust to Indian Waters. Which gives us a basic understanding of the Current fish Health. But to know if the fish is 100 % sick, it takes 30 Days of Quarantine and Medication to be Used. So for specific fishes, we also have an option of Quarantine Option, which will Incur a Charge. As we Isolate the Fish completely from any other fish. And we make sure 90% of the Fish Diseases are Cured before reaching your Home.
  • We Say 90% because, We humans have created too much pollution and so much of bio-waste, not only humans but all other animals are also suffering from many unknown disease and Untreatable diseases. so if someone says we could cure 100% disease by Quarantine and give it to you, it is a Lie. and we do not want to start our relationship with our customer with a Lie.

 

What if the Fish comes to my Tank/Pond and gets disease?

We know that you love your small beings who swim around. We will surely assist you with the help and support you need to fix your fish and try our best to guide you in the correct direction.

Can I Come and Pick up ?

We are really sorry, We do not have the Option to Visit our facility.

As we Human being is one of the Easiest carriers of Micro-Organisms. The fishes are already stress due to travel and easily prone to diseases.

We try to avoid any such disaster so we have employees who are handling the fish in Isolated Environment, where they go through a lot of procedure before entering, After bagging the fish, they are sent to a different room in the facility for the Delivery agents to Pick. ( Also the delivery agents are not allowed in the stocking room).

Do you have a Store?

Currently, we only operate online, to make it easy for the customer to avail the product at their doorstep. 

What if i get a different fish then what i have ordered?
  • The Picture what you see is just for the reference. As every being have their unique characteristics, If we have specified specific colour or size or any other Variant. there could be a minor change according to pic. 
  • If you have got completely different fish then you ordered, usually, that will not happen, but in such cases, we will resend the order with the fish you have Ordered. 
What If I Am Not Available At The Point Of Delivery?
  • You could Ask your Neighbour or Watchman or anyone who could collect at your Location.
  • If you are not available in Town on the Date of Delivery. Please Inform us A Day Prior or Use the Option of different Date on Final Checkout Page. 
  • If the Delivery agent has reached and the Product is not collected, we will finish the Order as Failed & if you have Paid for the order, we will Initiate the refund and will take maximum 7 Working Days to reflect.

We are already on talks with the Bus Travels / Transport Company If you have any request, We could try Working on those Buses.

Do we get Home Delivery Available?

We are already on talks with the Courier Company. Once we are sure about the contract with them, We will surely let you Know.
