    Due to the Pandemic, We Cannot Give a Guarantee on when the Stocks might Arrive.

     

    • In Case of Live Stock Availability,
      • We ship them in 2-4 Working Days. As we make sure the fishes create minimal waste in the transportation.
    • In Case of Plants and Dry Products Availability,
      • We ship them in 2 Working Days.
    • In Case of Stocks being depleted
      • We cannot guarantee on any live Stock. We request you to wait until our next stocks arrive. 
    • In Case Of Dry Products
      • We are Over booked with the Orders and the stocks are depleted.We request you to wait until our next stocks arrive. 
    What if the Fish Die when i Receive them? (Bangalore)

    If the Fish Dies at the time you received it. Please Share us the 10 Seconds Video of the fish you received inside the Bag within 1 Hour Of arrival.
    We shall Go ahead and Create a Coupon on the Amount You Lost. Which you can use on your next Order.

    What if the Fish Die and i don't send the Photo?

    In That Case, We are Sorry to say we cannot process you a Coupon or refund.

    When Will it be Delivered?
    • In Case of Plants and Dry Products,
      • We ship them in 2 Working Days.
    • In Case Of Live Product, We can not ship until further notice from the Govt or You Insist on shipping, where you forgo DOA Policy and Accept the Responsibility.
    What is the appropriate time to expect the shipping without risk?

    If your Location is facing Lockdown Restrictions any or all Deliveries are delayed. If under these circumstances we ship any livestock they are prone to death.

    Your options are to wait until the Lockdown is lifted or if the Local restrictions are removed.

    • In Case of Plants and Dry Products,
      • We ship them in 2 Working Days.
    • In Case Of Live Product, The Current Turn around time is 15-20 Days. These timelines do not allow the fish to survive in Transit. Which is why we will place the order on hold until these timelines are back to normal.
    What is the appropriate time to expect the shipping without risk?

    We will resume the Shipping as soon as the Turn Around Time is 3-5 Days from our Curier Partners.

    Our Transport team will contcat you if your Location is ready for Shipping.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    We are Currently not taking any cancellation request due to Pandemic Lock-down. In Case Of Emergency, We shall Cancel Your Order with Following .

     

    These RULES Are applicable on the Orders FROM 1st February 2020 till Date. 

    Can i Cancel My Old / New Order?

    Sorry, We are not Accepting any Cancellation of the Orders. As the Pandemic has not only effected an Individual. but also Companies. 

     

    • We are working currently with 10% Of our Actual Strength. Those Employee are taking all the risk to come and take care of the Livestock you have ordered or are about to be Ordered.
    • We are Paying All our Employee a 100% Salary with no deductions. Which we mean to say is also your Contribution and Your support provided in Letting Our employee be safe instead of suffering during the Pandemic as well as Financial Crisis for them and their Family. 
    • We want to make sure Our Employees and the livestock to Be safe at the these uncertain times . 
    I still want to Cancel & get a Refund

    In That Case, We will Go Head and Cancel Your Order.

    There will be a Cancellation fee of Minimum Order. 

    The Cancellation fee of 1000 Rupees will be imposed in Your Order. And the remaining amount will be sent back to your Account you ordered from, within the 7-10 Working Days.

    The Cancellation Fee is too High!

    When an Order is placed, the livestock you purchase is placed under quarantine. Which in turn takes nurturing and time to maintain.As it takes time for our employees and management to ensure the livestock are safe and healthy, we also take consideration of the effort they put in.

    The cancellation fee is in place to ensure we do not run our employees into a financial crisis during these difficult times.

    I am in Quarantine due to Pandemic. Will i be able to cancel?

    We hope you are safe. Please Call Our Support Team (9632928696). We will Put Your Order on Hold Until you are safe and process it Once things settle down for you. 

    If you still Insist. The Cancellation Fee Will be Imposed – Rupees 1000/- and will be refund to the account you placed order in 7-10 Working Days.

     

    I already Bought the fish i Ordered from you from my Local Store, Can i Cancel?

    You Can contact our Support Team and Inform them the situation. They can provide you with a Coupon to Create a New Order.

    Or

    You can ask Our team to Change the Order with the Product you would prefer.

    If You Still Insist to Cancel, We will have a Cancellation Fee of Rupees 1000/- Imposed on Your Order. and remaining amount will be sent to your bank account in 7-10 Working Days.

     

    I Am Revamping/ Giving Away my Aquarium. I want to Cancel?

    In This Case. We would Like you to Know. We are forced to add the Cancellation fee on Your Amount ( Rupees 1000). and Remaining Amount will be sent back to you n your Bank Account in 7-10 Working Days.

    What if i cancel the order after the lockdown is lifted will i still be charged a cancellation fee ?

    If the order is placed during the Pandemic the cancellation fee will be imposed.

    Can i Change my Order and Place it on Hold Until situation is Normal?

    Yes, We care about your safety. We will Wait for you to Provide us with the best time to Ship Your Order.

    My Location Is Under Hold for Shipping, Can I Cancel the Order?

    Your Location is Under hold As Our Shipping Partners are not Sure about the Turn Around time (TAT) to reach your Place.

    As per the Current Update. We have a TAT of 15-20 Days.

    In the Case of Live Fishes, They will not Survive in transport for such a Long time.

    In Case of Dry Products- If In-stock, Our Transport Team will Contact you with an update about your Location Before shipment. Shipping will proceed once confirmed.

    If you Still Insist on Cancelling. We will have to Impose the Cancellation fee of Rupees 1000 and send the remaining amount to your account in 7-10 Working Days.

    My Location Is Under Hold for Shipping, Can I change the Order?

    Yes absouletely, You can call Our Customer Service team and Ask them to Change the Product before shipping.

    During the Pandemic, Jobs that require the least amount of presence get to stay home safe and work. Not all the jobs out there can be accommodated in a Work from home option. These jobs require the presence of the employee for support and maintenance.

    We ensure the safety of our employees to further save their families from the harsh backlash of the pandemic. We do not want to take any drastic actions that will affect them in these bad times. We are a family at Avreus Aquatics and a family never deserts. We will battle through this Pandemic and ensure our undying love and support for the Aquarium Hobby.
